Picture #2
shows second
straight; large stepup/table, 20' double followed by a 16' double. Picture
#3 shows rhythm
section; step up, roller, roller, small double, step down, roller, roller,
table into 3rd corner. Picture
#4 Out the of the third corner is a triple, step
up, followed by 7 rollers. After the 4th corner is a huge
table with a double sitting on top of it. Picture
#5 shows the 3rd & 4th straight from the second corner. The
track is downhill (27' elevation loss from gate to finish line) nearly all the way but requires endurance to
finish strong. It has a relatively steep starting hill that
flattens before the first obstacle giving a smooth transition.
Many of the obstacles are big but are transitioned smoothly so even
the beginner can enjoy riding. The track is very wide
the entire length so the race can easily change hands right up to
the finish line. Some smaller jumps were added in the 3rd and
4th straight to encourage the younger kids to improve their bike
handling skills. |
